CONGRATULATIONS on your Energy proof windows!

We’re so glad to have earned your business. This guide is meant to provide specific information to help you get the best results out of your solar film investment.

Care Instructions: Your new window film will take two to three weeks to fully dry, sometimes a lot longer depending on film brand, type, and weather conditions. Until this time your tinted windows may appear hazy or lumpy, and it may seem to have water bubbles. This is normal.

Do not roll your tinted windows down for at least 3 to 5 days. Window films can take up to 30 days to cure during the winter season.

* Cleaning: We recommend that you wait a week after window film products have been installed before cleaning. After a week, use a window cleaner that is ammonia-free and a soft cloth or rubber squeegee. Supreme Tint recommends cleaning with a foam cleanser, as they do not typically streak and are usually ammonia-free. Never scrape window film with any type of blade or clean your tinted windows with anything harsh or abrasive. This will scratch the film. Using compatible cleaners with a microfiber cloth will ensure you do not accidentally damage your window tint during the cleaning process.

Caution should be used when releasing seat belts as small chips can be made in the window film due to the seat belt hitting the glass as it is released.

* Caution: Take special care to ensure your tinted windows do not become scratched or chipped. Damaged window film cannot be repaired, but the damaged piece of film can be removed and replaced.

* Black dotted edges: Most cars have a black ceramic 'frit' edge on the rear window. Sometimes this ceramic edge is straight and flat, sometimes it will have a dotted edge. These black ceramic dots are quite thick on most cars and prevent the window film from sticking to the area between the dots. This results in a whitish looking strip trimming the glass. Typically this isn't very noticeable, however, some cars have a wide band of dots trimming the top of the rear window. This area is so wide that the whitish looking area created is more pronounced. Unfortunately, the effect is unavoidable.

Thank you for choosing SUPREME TINT And Detailing.
